Product Description

MARCH magnetic drive peripheral pumps are available in different materials. The MTA series is made of stainless steel, and the MT series is a non-metallic version. Multiple vanes provide relatively high-pressure transportation in small quantities. The MT/MTA series is equipped with side channels that allow up to 20% by volume of gas content in the pumped liquid without causing dry running damage. Magnetic drive pumps operate completely without mechanical seals. Power is transmitted to the hydraulic part through powerful permanent magnets in a contactless and force-locking manner.

MARCH magnetic drive regenerative turbine pumps are suitable for the leak-free pumping of aggressive, environmentally harmful, and toxic liquids, especially when low flow rates need to be pumped against high head pressures. Magnetic drive ensures the absolute hermetic sealing of the pump. Pumps are manufactured as standard in a compact modular concept. The modular design system allows for quick replacement of individual parts without the need for special tools. The European IEC standard motors are specially adapted as drives according to DIN/EN 60034 and VDE 0530. All pumps in the MT/MTA series are available with pipe thread or flange connections. It is important to adhere to the application limits, especially the minimum flow rate and the required inlet head (NPSH, erf.), for the pump to operate without issues.
