Description

BMF and BCF pumps are volumetric gear pumps suitable for transferring lubricating viscous liquids that do not contain suspended solids or abrasive substances. They are self-priming pumps used for a wide range of liquids with viscosities ranging from 1 to 1,000 cSt. The rotational speed is selected based on the viscosity of the liquid, and the flow rate ranges from 2 to 70 L/min.

They are available in three different constructions: cast iron with steel shafts and gears, bronze with stainless steel shafts and gears, and stainless steel AISI 316.

BMF (three-phase) and BCF (single-phase) are monoblock gear pumps with a highly compact and robust design. These pumps feature an integrated IM B34 electric motor. All motors are IP55 rated with class F insulation. Special voltages and IP56/IP65 protection can be provided upon request.
